Responsibilities:

  • Work as part of our client service team, reporting directly to account managers
  • Provide administration support to account managers and clients
  • Manage client information and maintain client records and cloud storage
  • Day-to-day communication with agency and clients
  • Schedule and take minutes of meetings and disseminate them to the relevant parties
  • Prepare written briefs for designers, copy writers, developers etc.
  • Traffic jobs; checking and following up on progress and ensuring timelines are adhered to and deadlines are met
  • Manage cost estimate and artwork approval process
  • Manage media bookings and ensure material is submitted on deadline
  • Independently manage entry-level client accounts

Requirements:

  • Two to three years’ client service experience
  • Excellent inter-personal skills (team player)
  • Excellent communication skills, written and verbal (English)
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Excellent planning and project administration
  • Good multi-tasking skills
  • Proficient in MS Office
  • Website administration experience advantageous
